「Good prices and mostly good condition,my only complaint was that the floors werent very clean and the mini fridge which i specifically paud mire for wasnt working but it was a short stay,i ended up not using the refrigerator so it wasnt a hige deal. I was more concerned with the floors being cleaned good since my 7 year old brought toys to play with. Overall it was good.」

「It was an overnight stay. The room was clean, the TV worked and it was quiet. We checked out early. It was economical, served the purpose….all good. 」

「My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!」

「I had a wonderful time. I needed a quiet and peaceful get-away and this place was subtle and quiet. I liked the simplicity. Although the pool was under construction, the desk clerk allowed me to sit on the patio which has a nice view of Clear Lake. Sunset was beautiful. 」

「We enjoyed the picturesque window view, however the windows didn't have screens. The place was very quiet and the room was clean. The parking lot is very small it was difficult to maneuver our 16 ft pontoon even when we were the only car in the parking lot. But to be fair, when you're staying at the hotel you don't need a boat they have a lovely pier to fish from from」

「This is an older but nicely remodeled home. Beautiful views even with a rainy weekend. The lake laps right up to the edge of the property. Very close to town for entertainment but far enough away that you can get alone time. We would make 2 very strong recos. Put up curtains or blinds in the living room; it's disconcerting that the neighbors can see right in. Also, leave an instruction sheet for the TV; it was very challenging trying to figure out how the remote worked and what options were...

「We had an incredible week visiting Clearlake with our teens. Our daughter rarely left the pool. Our son caught a big catfish right from the backyard! And we all enjoyed the jaccuzzi and firepit. We brought kayaks and enjoyed paddling in the calm waters. The kitchen is well stocked ... has all the basics plus lots of spices! The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet.
