「Hot tub was not hot enough 」

「The best stocked kitchen for cooking we've ever experienced in a vacation rental! The house was very inviting, thoughtfully laid out and tastefully decorated with QUALITY pieces. Soft bedding and comfortable beds! Property is beautiful and most everything seems fairly maintained regularly. Wifi worked flawless, the hot tub is clean, and the grill provided cooked some of the BEST steaks I've had the pleasure of tasting. Will be returning for another stay in the future.」

「One can tell a lot of attention to detail was put into outfitting this house. Kitchen was equipped even better than we had hoped! Air-fryer was a pleasant surprise. Furniture is really nice and beds are very comfortable. Though the neighborhood is a bit worn, it is very quiet and all was safe and secure. Thank you! 」

「Liked: Staff was very helpful. Pool and hot tub were inviting, attractive, and appeared clean. Pool towels were very soft. Breakfast was adequate, and selections changed day to day. Our room was quiet. Front entryway was comfortable with seating. Parking was convenient. Not so much: When staff took breaks together, they smoked, and due to building configuration, smoke drifted into walkways and guest rooms if doors were opened and then closed.」

「We chose this place because it had a pretty good rating for the price. However, we don’t understand how it got that rating. We didn’t like anything about it. It needed upkeep badly; the room was small and crowded; the bathroom had no counter whatsoever so there was no where to put our items; the toilet had a leak and would run every now and then; the sheets and towels may have been clean, but they were not white and not soft; if the room had heat, we sure couldn’t figure out how to get it; and...

「This room was so dirty. Toilet was disgusting, crumbs on the sheets & beds, trash & food under the beds. The staff was rude & not helpful - extremely overpriced for what little it offers.」
