Charming 2 bedroom house located across the street from Beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack! Sit on the deck, enjoy the lake and listen to the boats come in! Located conveniently next door to Capri Marina. Enjoy the Poconos - Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Full kitchen, Family Room. Hardwood floors, Knotty pine ceiling & walls. Rustic & Charming. Lake view from the deck is beautiful and perfect to enjoy your coffee as the sun rises over the lake. Gas grill available for all guests to use. Available fire pit is the perfect ending to a relaxing day.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was inviting and very homey. We stayed during the off season with a toddler so we stayed in most of the time but there was a basket full of brochures if we wanted to go out. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pots/pans. The water pressure was awesome. The game selection was top notch. The beds were comfortable. The friendly neighborhood deer were fun to watch play in the yard.

This property was excellent in every respect. Very homey and very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, as were all the pieces of furniture in the living room. Nice view of the lake from the lovely, little deck.Will definitely stay here again next year!

The property looked exactly as indicated in the pictures. Lake access would have been nice, but not we were able to visit the shoreline elsewhere during our travels. The neighborhood was quiet, low traffic, and all the deer in the area was a pleasant surprise. We had excellent communication with VRBO and the owner. The neighborhood had some water issues, but a local restaurant was courteous and provided us with water to take care of needs at the house. The owner communicated the issue immediately and was eager to make accommodations to ensure we continued to have a great weekend. I'd recommend this home to anyone looking for space in the area.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The place has a cozy feel to. Love that there was a grill (I love grilling in the summer) the firepit was extremely enjoyable and access to there Kayaks greatly appreciated. All furniture including the beds were comfortable! My one issue (which isn't so bad) was my daughter opened the front door, once open we couldn't lock it. To solve that I used the door and a chair in front of the door at night. Overall it was a fantastic place for a lake gateway!!

Two night respite

Relaxing stay in a tranquil setting. Cozy family room with a view of the lake. Great for drinking coffee, reading and watching movies. The cottage was rustic with lots of character. The host was very responsive, and permitted a later checkout time. Overall, very satisfied with this accommodation, and would highly recommend.

Clean cozy home

My husband and I went for a weekend getaway. The house was very clean and exactly as described in listing. It comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners were very easy to communicate with and you can tell they truly want you to enjoy your time there. Would definetly stay again!

We had a very nice stay. The home is. Dry warm and cozy. We especially liked the fireplace and morning coffee on the deck with the many deer that visited. Great location! Everything went very well with communication. We look forward to staying again in the future

I loved the layout of the house, and was very thankful that the host allowed us to use netflix/hulu/youtube tv. There is a washer/dryer, however we did not use it. Wonderful host and home!

Quiet weekend on the lake

Visited the property for a wedding weekend. Beautiful view of the lake. Lots of wildlife around. VERY peaceful. Kitchen has everything you need. While I wish the bedrooms were a little roomier, the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Very cozy comfortable home. Nice location near the lake.. Had breakfast on the front deck watching the morning sunrise.. Wanted to use the fire ring, but we had a bizzee day, and were a bit tired.. Accommodations were perfect for the 4 of us. Thanks-you!

Cozy Cabin

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy pine-paneled cabin. The place was spotless and the rental fee included towels and linens so that we didn't have to bring our own. There is a desk in the living room where I was able to set up my laptop. Big TV, comfortable furniture and a view of Lake Wallenpaupuck from across the street. Popular restaurants in Hawley were about 15 minutes away.
