「Dieses Hotel hat aus unserer Sicht keine 4 Sterne verdient. Die Terrasse war voller Mücken und Ameisen, und die Insekten waren sogar im Zimmer. Natur hin oder her – das darf kein Standard sein. Auf dem Zimmer fehlten ein Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee- und Teezubehör. Auch einfache Kosmetikartikel wie Wattestäbchen waren nicht vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem, die Bettbezüge lösten sich ständig, und die Kissen waren hart wie Stein. Erholsamer Schlaf war kaum möglich. Besonders enttäuschend...

「Very large bathroom, powered blackout blinds and a large room. I was expecting a cheaper breakfast with powered eggs and cereal on plastic plates but instead it was great with lots a variety from domaldes, to bacon, Greek sausage and eggs, to desserts and espresso. It is right across from the beach and a short walk to the old town and its restaurants and bars.」

The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!」

「We travel to Patras, from Nevada, USA, every year to head on the ferry to Kephalonia! This hotel is one of the best we have stayed at in Greece! Staff phenomenal! So clean, friendly and helpful! Onsite parking, bellman for luggage and they will even park your car! The rooftop restaurant for breakfast was excellent and the rooftop turns into a bar restaurant at night and the food was superb! A must stay in Patras! Yamas for an excellent experience!」

「This was a tastefully decorated, modern hotel with all the necessary amenities including a Nespresso maker for an early morning espresso - my favourite. It was super clean , the staff wonderfully friendly and helpful and an oasis of calm amid the chaotic centre of Patras.」

「Stayed in a room with a loft for 3 nights. The hotel provided a menu with different options and it was delivered at the requested time slot. The gourmet breakfast was excellent and better than most buffets at hotels in the area. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. Loved the rain head shower too. 」

From check in to check out everything was horrible experience. As we arrived there was large group of teenage students checking in, around 40 people so it took a while in the queue outside under the rain as they did not fit in the reception area. I have specifically chosen and booked this hotel for double bedroom with terrace on the sea view, and got none of...
