Ce studio est confortable mais l’equipment nécessite d’être complété et renouvelé.Dans le cas d’un problème on peut compter sur le gèrent, mr Pace , toujours présent et volontaire a vous aider .l

Quelle déception en arrivant dans ce studio Très vintage . Très vite nous remarquons les nombreuses rallonges électriques .La prise électrique derrière le radiateur. Nous ne pouvons cuisiner car les plaques électriques mettent des heures pour chauffer.Seules deux chaises de salon de jardin sont à notre disposition comme assise à table .Mauvaise literie, rideaux qui ne tiennent pas Logement deux étoiles est une blague.vaisselle sales , penderie avec quelques cintres mais surtout les produits ménagers, l’aspirateur, les balais. Très mauvaise expérience pour des curistes 3 semaines sur place .

Nous avons séjourner dans cette appartement 22 nuits.Le jour de notre arrivée l'appartement etait sale j'ai passé 2 jours à nettoyer.De plus le canapé clic clac les lattes sont casser, on a du mettre des couvertures en dessous du matelas pour pouvoir etre un peu mieux. Mon conjount et moi-même avons des gros problèmes de sante. La literie nous a pas arrangé. Frigo trop petit, les plaques mettent beaucoup de temps à chauffer faut pas etre pressé braucoup temps a chauffer

Soit disant un 2 étoiles...

Le logement ne correspond pas aux 2 * annoncées. Appartement usé, peintures defraîchies, manque des ampoules dans les lampes, des piles dans les appareils, une latte au BZ, les rideaux sont mal accrochés du fait du manque de crochets, juste 2 petits placards mais 1 seul d'utilisable, la penderie se fait au-dessus du seau et de la serpillière. Au-dessus de l'évier, un petit placard dont 1 seule étagère est disponible, l'autre servant à stocker les aliments laissés par les précédents locataires mais qu'il n'est pas bien vu de jeter. De même dans la salle d'eau, le placard étant rempli de produits de nettoyage. L'appartement peut contenir 3 personnes, mais si ces personnes ont des bagages, je ne sais pas comment elles peuvent les ranger. Pour la vaisselle, il y a pléthore de bols, tasses, mugs et verres mais juste des assiettes à soupe et des assiettes à dessert. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas, le rideau de douche bon à jeter et la brosse des toilettes et dans un état lamentable et vous reste dans les mains. Bref, le prix de l'appartement correspond tout à fait à l'état général, mais en aucun cas à un 2*.

Everything was fine except lines of communication to arrange the 1st meeting at the studio. I cannot speak French so could not understand the email the project manager had sent me. The owner was contacted and he was very helpful and could speak English.

contact difficile

Malgré une prise de contact difficile, impossibilité de joindre le propriétaire à l'arrivée donc pas d'accès à la résidence, tout est rentré dans l'ordre le 2eme jour. M. Pace m'a indemnisé pour la première nuit "ratée" à hauteur du montant de la chambre d'hôtel. Merci à lui pour sa correction. Hervé
