"Spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped, this apartment has lovely views over the golf course and bay. The owner’s communications were timely, friendly and very helpful. His reception staff were lovely. One criticism would be that the duvets provided could do with replacement; and , perhaps, the rear doors with a repaint! But a lovely place , and a most comfortable and happy stay."

"The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The position is perfect, just 50 metres from the ramparts and the spectacular view over the Rance Valley and the old port. The Basilica and the old town are just 5 minutes walk away. As mentioned in other reviews, parking can be a problem in Dinan but the owner allowed us to use her underground garage. Good weekend break.
"Hotel is excellent. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Reception and restaurant staff could not do enough to help with anything we asked for. Food for breakfast and dinner was of a high quality and well presented. The room had a safe and fridge, with a level access shower. Only problem was the control for the heating and air conditioning was faulty and they could not get anyone to look at it during our weekend stay. We would recommend the hotel and would be happy to return. "
