“I love the environment, very serene”

“La receptionists riait de mon collègue en wallof. Elle croyait que nous n'étions pas en mesure de comprendre ce qu'elle disait. Cela a terminé en chicane. ”

“Très bon accueil. Nous sommes arrivés de nuit. L’hôtel avait organisé notre réception à l’aéroport.”

“Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall”

“The room was spotless clean and so comfortable.”

“This hotel is CLOSED, yet they are still accepting reservations! Guests arrive only to be sent to another hotel with a much lower standard than the one they originally booked and paid for. Be very careful and check the situation thoroughly before making a reservation or paying any money! This property is a SCAM !”

“Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross und gemütlich. Die Parkanlage ist eindrücklich mit Palmen und grossen Affenbrotbäumen. Der Strand ist sauber.”

“Staff were friendly and very helpful, all along. Someone checked in on my name. The person used the facilities, left unclean before us. They had to take his stuffs out of the flat for us to be in there that night. I still cannot believe that was possible without verification. We had issues with the front door for few days until it was finally fixed properly. There are builders building and refurbishment going on which is good for the hotel but early morning noise from builders wasn’t nice……

“The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. ”

“The pool was nice”

“Staff is very helpful”

“Beautiful hotel”

“I couldn't ever find the place. I tried calling the number and no one answered. Worst off was that they stole my money.”

“Nous n'avons pas eu accès à la chambre parce que selon eux, elle n'était pas nettoyée. Et ils n'ont fait aucun effort pour trouver une solution.”
