“Wonderful place, I'd stay again”

“Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.”

“This place was a nightmare to stay at. The power constantly goes out all the time, even when there is nothing plugged into any of the outlets and the washing machine is the only thing being used. And this happens whenever any appliance is used, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. And there is no help of any sort with this problem from the owners, they refuse to have the electricity fixed.It is also horrible sleeping at night because the street is constantly noisy with cars,……

“This property is well located in walking distance to all the sites and train station. It sits next to one of Florence’s beautiful bridges. The grocery store is right around the corner. Being able to walk easily to the train station made it ideal for joining travel tours that typically meet there. “The location is the best aspect of this apartment. You are within walking distance of Palazzo Vecchio and the neighborhood’s historical points of interest and shops alone will take a day to explore. The apartment was very dusty - ledges, floor, walls, patio, everywhere. My allergies were very irritated. The ironing board cover was wet due to the dirty, wet mop head that lay against it. “The apartment was pretty spacious and had a good location in a quiet neighborhood, but at a walking distance from the main streets and attractions. The only downside was the number of stairs we had to walk up to get to the apartment, be prepared for that.”

“The apartment is completely remodeled and very clean. The host provides an ironing board, iron, pans, cups, basically all the basic necessities. There is a washer but keep in mind that it is shared with the other unit the host has next door. The apartment is in a good location, only about a 20 minute walk to the city center and even less to amazing restaurants.
