Bit disappointed trip
"Reception little bit rude, have to improve customer service and smiles are lacking. Should learn more how to smile with all customers would be good. Room air conditioning not enough. Not enough water pressure in shower room."

"Location is good. Tram station is just in front of the hotel entrance. Hotel is clean and new, and the vibe is good and young. Breakfast very impressive. Price is reasonable in Florence."

"I was given upgrade for free. Very clean, very nice staff, center of all the action . Has the best view of the sunset and Arno river. Love the jacuzzi, best bed and pillows. I’m a serious traveler and had been to a lot of 5 star hotels , and this one felt like I’m in 1! I will surely cone back!"
