「Superb room very clean and everything smelt amazing to the lobby, elevator and room. Very nice gym but could be expanded such as providing complimentary protein bars. Staff service was lack luster but always quick to address issues. View was nice even in the base room, would be a guest at Nobu hotel frequently. Just wish they had a loyalty program and collect 'Nobu points' or something similar. Additionally a pool would be a excellent addition at the Toronto hotel. 」

「We stayed in a family suite on the 28th floor which was provided with a laundry to the residence for the same floor. It was perfect to us, as a family of five, we have a lot of clothes to take care of. More, the room has a beautiful city and harbor view as we look out of the windows. The hotel staffs always greets with happy smiles, and the breakfast buffet offers a great range of quality food. We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. 」

「The Beverly was a neat, tidy and super-cute little place to stay for a night. You have to climb a flight of narrow stairs to get to check-in, which is little more than a stand in a hallway, with a helpful attendant with a laptop behind it. They helpfully showed my to my room, straightaway. The room itself was just fine. Not very big, but enough room to easily maneuver. It would likely be tight for two, but it was great for one. It also was pleasingly clean and in good shape. The bed and pillows...

「It near to Chinatown and near to downtown. Also, you might find out it is easy to access. Yet, I have faced there has party in hotel. And the party place is the main lobby, and I have to access and pass through many people. On the other hand, the hotel room seems not enough light to me. Therefore, I think for those not accept for very dark at night, you might not love this hotel.」

「I am very grateful for whatever reasons the staff gave me a private room (with shared bathroom) instead. I was sick and needed to work till late mid-night during my stay (till 4am!) - so glad that I could rest well and finished my work without having to disturb others. Thank you SO MUCH for that! The staff are very nice and friendly! Could be better if they can offer a hand to at least open the door when visitors need to enter the building with big luggage, if not giving a helping hand to move...
