「I can't say anything because my reservation was cancelled by Sheena , the host, and no communication and no refund of my pymt.Very bad, the site booked the wrong days and wrong quantity of adults , Sheena offered another cabin for the days needed, but in the end, she cancelled our reservation!」

「Pros: great location; driveway got plowed right after a snow storm, which was key because it’s a pretty steep incline up to the cabin; and the kitchen is pretty well appointed. Cons: kitchen water pressure is very, very low. Almost unusable. Several linens and table cloths were either dirty or stained in a way that made us doubt their cleanliness; And finally: check-in procedures and interaction with the property management firm, particularly communications, were poor. 「We’ve stayed at this property a few times and it’s always a wonderful stay in the white mountains. Communication was easy, very clean, kitchen has lots of pots, pans, baking dishes etc.. house is dog friendly and lots of places to go for a walk. We are a family of 5 adults and we all fit comfortably. 」
