「Lovely, unusual and quaint cottage in a beautiful area. Well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Loved the stairs and rooms on different levels but might be difficult for some. Shops, cafes and pubs right outside the front door. Great stay in a lovely area. 」

「Beautiful, bright cottage with a lovely, dog friendly wrap around garden. Easy to find using Sat nav. Well equipped kitchen with tea bags, salt & pepper in the cupboard. Bed was comfy. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!」

「Lovely little cottage in perfect location. The cottage is exactly as described and is a perfect Dales base for 2 people. We booked pretty last minute for the bank holiday week in August, so we were worried about the lack of a dedicated parking space. However, we were able to park either on the road outside or in the car park round the corner every day - so not a problem at all.」

「A very attractive, well-equipped and clean cottage. It was perfect for us. We appreciated having an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs loo. The kitchen was well-equipped; it even had a teapot (rare these days). We enjoyed sitting in the garden. Although in the middle of a busy village it was very quiet. As we don’t drive we used public transport, but car owners would like the parking spot outside the house.Unfortunately we had an emergency at home which meant we weren’t both there all the time,...

「Lovely quiet location. Great communication with host. All amenities and well stocked kitchen for basics, though we did bring our own. Toiletries provided if you didnt bring your own. Great BBQ and hot tub area, and more than enough wood to heat the hot tub.Lovely pub about 10 mins walk away with a great food menu.Parking for 3 cars easily.」
