Very sketchy place, felt more like a halfway house than a motel. The motel was run-down.

Do not stay here ever under any circumstances! The first room looked and smelled like something out of a horror movie. It was also clear drug activity as well as other activities take place here. Not good would not recommend 😕

This was the worst-maintained property I've ever stayed at, yet it was ridiculously expensive for a motel, twice what I usually pay.

We were there 6 days. Never cleaned the room. Limited 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you need towels you had to return used ones to the office to get clean ones. Pool not open. A Mom Dad and baby were thete over a week and when she asked for a clean sheet he told her $30. They wanted to stay longer and he wanted another deposit. Take out your own trash. Advertise breakfast...nothing available. No coffee pots . 1 wash cloth 1 hand towel. Mattress with huge divet in bed. Room dirty. Floors dirty. 1 little bar hand soap, & nothing else

I could not stay here and ended up leaving that same day. When I arrived, I realized it was not what I expected. The lobby was very clean, and that is the one positive thing I can say. I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but when I finally got into the room, there was only one queen bed, and the room had a strange smell. When I went to ask about my reservation, I was told that was the only room they had available and that it was what showed in their system. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. I hope everyone else’s experience is much better.

DO NOT STAY HERE, NOT SAFE!! Completely disgusting excuse of a hotel. Not only would I not recommend, I would STRONGLY recommend people avoid it (DANGEROUS)!! The people who stay there are long term section 8 housing. There is a lot next door that 40-60 people party at night, there were beer bottles and vomit everywhere in the morning. The rooms were horrendous, the pool wasn’t open, and as I’ve said multiple times, this place was NOT safe. If you’re coming to visit Lancaster do much more research on hotels, because there are plenty of nicer/safer ones there. This was is the LOWEST OF THE LOW! We will be forwarding this information to chamber of commerce of Strasburg. ** LOTS OF FIRE CODE VIOLATIONS AS WELL **
