Room was filthy. Sheets had blood on them. Bathroom looked like not cleaned in a very long time. The only thing good was how nice the girl at the front desk was. She handled the situation very professionally.

Front desk staff was great! However , the housekeeping and overall management needs a better handle on their motel. I was given one room that the refrigerator wasn't even plugged in and the room was dirty. I called the front desk for another room , and I was given an upgrade which was nice,but this room, the refrigerator was plugged in and not even working.And it wasn't even clean with dirty sheets. The next room I was given same situation, dirty room. But at least the refrigerator was working. My\nLast straw was the last room, was a downgrade with two queen beds instead of the king but I had a working fridge and a clean room. The property pushed the snow and ice up near the embankment of where I had to access for my parking spot to my vehicle and it made it very unsafe to cross into my room.

too much furniture in the room......bed placement terrible. No clock in the room. TV operation very difficult .... not familiar with service of it. Poor looking reception area....could not tell if the place was even open. Pitted parking area......snow everywhere from parking to get to room door.

This place is a total disaster and I beg no one stay here. It is not pet friendly also. There were roaches everywhere, looked nothing like the photos, smelled of feces and urine, the bedding wasn’t changed and i saw hair and a finger nail particle in one of the beds. I truly couldn’t believe it and couldn’t stop finding things wrong with the place. They need to be brought to justice by a crime fighting vigilante. Batman take it from here

Roaches and lots of them. It was disgusting. I saw one n the bathroom crawling from the ventilation system and knew right away they were probably infesting every room there. I haven’t received my refund yet from Expedia either which is past due the time frame they promised to refund my account. What a huge disappointment all around and terrible quality of business. I can’t believe a hotel owner would allow roaches like that and be allowed to still operate, disgusting.

Property was very run down looking, and sketchy. When we got our room, I found 1 dead cockroach, 1 cockroach shell, and 1 live cockroach crawling on the wall. The best part of our stay, was the woman who checked us in, when I told her about the room she gave us another room without issue. The second room we got thankfully didn't have anymore cockroaches, but both of the rooms were covered in stains, and bad construction and bad finishes. Electrical sockets that are not even safed off, leaking faucets and the list goes on. You could tell that everyone involved from the top to the bottom just doesn't even care. I will never stay here ever again

We didn’t stay - the picture on the website doesn’t look anything like the actual room. It smelled horrible and it was very dingy. Went to desk clerk and he canceled our room without any problems. I would not stay here!
