We stayed there for a basketball tournament - 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location very clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was good. Across street was an ice cream shop that sold hot food items also and a cute mini golf course. Very convenient. Room was small for 4 people, but we made it work. It was 2 double beds, so it wasn't assumed it would be a huge room. Shower was awesome! Roomy, capsule, walk-in.

There’s no glitz or glamour with this hotel but it was fine for a couple of days. Breakfast was simple, the pool was a bit chilly, and the room could have been cleaned better (there was a dirty q-tip stuck to the wall).

After we checked in @ the front desk we went to our room & immediately noticed the TV was programmed in Spanish & the closed captioning was not working at all. We both speak English & my wife is deaf so the close captioning is a NECESSITY for her & not a luxury. I went to front desk asap & had another one of the employees come to fix this problem. He couldn’t get the remote control to properly program the TV so he went downstairs to the get a new remote control. He came up to the room with a new remote but that didn’t fix the problem. The original person we checked into the hotel said that she would try to find us a room that had a properly functioning TV in English with the close captioning working. She located a similar room but upon turning on the TV in that room the identical issue of the TV programmed in Spanish and no functioning closed caption occurred in this room as well. I asked this front desk employee what other options she might have but nothing was offered. I asked her if I could get a refund for the lack of access to a TV with closed captioning since the property had advertised this on the 3rd party website . She said I’d have to talk to the manager @ check out the following morning. Upon checking out I personally spoke to the manager who stated that since I made the reservation through a 3rd party website she could not make any refunds or adjustments. She stated that I would have to contact them myself. Lack of compassion for people with hearing disabilities

Parking was great. Housekeeping comes every day, which I really appreciated, just make sure not to leave anything on the bed, because they won’t move your belongings. They even leave a nice note, which is a thoughtful touch. The rooms and TVs are a bit outdated, but everything worked fine for a weekend stay. Overall, I’d come back again.

Shower contained a wet washcloth and soap upon arrival. Maintenance guy came right down to clean out the shower. Shower dripped loudly 24/7. Blackout curtain had holes causing parking lot lighting to shine in the room all night. AC didn’t work properly. Hot tub was dirty, needed a good scrubbing. Overall, not worth the money spent. Very disappointed.

The room was clean, except for the TV screen. I like the that the conveniences of home ( microwave, refrigerator, blow dryer) are included. The card key system was failing after 3 attempts to enter the room with different cards the staff joined us to ensure we were using the card properly only to discover there was a problem. We were let in to our room so we could organize our belongings. We left for dinner upon our return the system was restored. Lastly, a better TV selection would be nice.

The HVAC system kept the room comfortable. The bed was comfortable and clean. However the mirrors and shower door was not clean. The floor was vacuumed but the carpet close to the woodwork needed attention.

When we first arrived, the staff already had our reservations printed and room keys ready so our check in was less than 2 minutes. Our rooms were cleaned and amenities were fully stocked. The breakfast was fresh and the staff replenished any items that were running low immediately. We chose this stay for a quick stay to enjoy a local theatre and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. I highly recommend Sleep Inn if you’re looking for a quick affordable stay to enjoy local venues.
