「We were sold on the rental because of its size, location, and pet friendliness. The hosts provided an immaculate, spacious, and attractive rental, complete with bedding and towels. The kitchen had all the necessities, including lots of flatware, mugs, glasses, plates, pots and pans. Dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig were also provided. 「The stay was great, we had a great time at the Rivah House ! Nice days out on the boat! This house gave us just what we were looking for, spend time with family, no distractions. it’s too bad we couldn’t swim off the dock, a lot of jelly fish and really no way to get out of the water once in. Sharp shells and you sunk in the dirt. We made do! Great house with lots of room for activities.」

「First off, I would like to say that the description is not accurate online. When I got there, the doors were unlocked and the keys were sitting on the counter. The heat didn't work, there was no internet or cell service at all, and the windows had signs that said "do not open, windows broke." The house is very tiny and does not comfortably sleep two grown adults. Unfortunately I will not be staying again.」

「This property was so clean, the views out the windows were spectacular, and the water is right there! I greatly enjoyed the kayak and my dog just loved the privacy he had to play in the water. The host was extremely quick to respond and was one of the nicest hosts we've ever had. Highly recommend this spot and we can't wait to return!」

「Memorial Day weekend my family and I wanted to get away and recharge. We have four children ranging from 16 - 6 y/o and 2 dogs. This rental property was perfect for us! When we were not at Hughlett Point Beach or Compass Entertainment Center, the children enjoyed the garage with darts, foosball and basketball. 「We came to the area for our granddaughter’s graduation and it was only minutes from the high school. It was in close proximity to quite a few good restaurants and downtown Mathews!
