「Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk.」

「Our family stayed here over Memorial day weekend for a family wedding and we just had the best time. the house was beautiful and has everything we needed. The kids had the best time in the pool and jumping on the trampoline. Very clean and spacious and the owner Sam couldn't have been nicer. Came over to check on us and talked for a little was very helpful. a great place to stay .」

「The house was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Entry was easy. There weren’t any wash clothes that I could find or a paper telling us what to do before leaving…. So we did what we typically do when we stay other places. Also check the street view before you book. That street made us a little uncomfortable. But we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. Over all it was fine for the 1 night we needed!」

「Just want to say what a beautiful, cozy, adorable cottage. Spacious inside and we absolutely loved the front porch, especially the porch swing, and the back porch with the fire pit at night. 「We enjoyed our stay! The home is in a nice historic neighborhood close to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. It was clean and the space was great for hanging out and enjoying our time together. A couple of issues: the shower in the main bedroom was hard to operate and the water pressure was low. We all used the hall bathroom for showers. Also worth noting, the pictures on the website do not match the current decor. However, overall, it was great for our visit.」

「This house was a great spot if you want to visit the local distilleries. It was a short drive! The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the microwave, as well as surprising us with a Birthday Ballon. Very nice little touches. We would stay again」

Two minor relatively minor (but annoying) issues brought my rating down: 1) the VRBO listing links to the incorrect address; this resulted in our showing up at the wrong house to a very confused homeowner 2) we ran out of body wash and toilet paper and had to buy our own (we were extremely busy during our visit and simply didn't have time to contact the property owner about this issue); no laundry detergent was...
