Looking for a Northwoods getaway? Well, look no further! The VP Cozy Cottage has something for everyone, whether you want to go boating, fishing, UTVing, biking or snowmobiling. The cottage is located on Big Lake, on the south end of the famous Cisco Chain of Lakes in Land O' Lakes, WI. Catch the fall colors while enjoying the serenity of lake life.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, you're in luck! In the summer, you can enjoy the sounds of loons and in the winter, the stillness of the night. The Cisco Chain of Lakes has 15 lakes, with about 270 miles of scenic shoreline. You can rent a boat from McCormick Marina or Bents Camp, and there's a dock available for you to tie up your boat, with power.

The cottage is conveniently located within 15 minutes of downtown Boulder Junction and Land O' Lakes, where you'll find great shopping and restaurants. You can easily access the cottage from County Highway B, and there's no stair access to the lake, making it easier for you to get on and off the lake. We have a circle driveway that has easy trailer turnaround abilities, and if you need to use the public boat launch, it's less than 5 minutes away.

Perfect Property

We had a wonderful time at the Cozy Cottage. Everything was provided that we needed for kitchen and bathroom supplies. The master bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had a rental. Janelle was quick with responses prior to check-in. The property is beautiful and quiet on Big Lake. We had our fishing boat with us and the circle driveway made it easy and convenient. We plan on making this an annual trip to the Cozy Cottage.

Great lake cabin!

The entire family enjoyed our stay here. Most of our time was spent on the lakes. Nice dock to tie up to which is not always the case with lake cabins. The kitchen was well stocked andhad everything we needed.

Relaxing week!

My wife and I stayed for a relaxing week of boating, golfing, cards and camp fires. The cottage had everything we needed to make it a great week. We really like being able to leave our boat at the dock and take day trips out on the Cisco Chain.

Beautiful lake enjoyable property

Big lake is one of the more picturesque lakes on the chain and this cabin gives you an authentic northwoods experience with a new kitchen and bathroom and good WiFi for streaming opportunities. It is conveniently located close to the marina and places to eat when you don’t feel like cooking. Also located close to boulder junction and land o lakes if you need groceries. The family enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning on the deck while taking in the view of the lake. During the day boating, fishing and swimming. In the evening grilling, camp fires playing various board and card games and streaming movies. The property owners are easy to contact and very responsive and made sure every thing was straight forward and easy.

Very nice lake front cottage.

This was a very nice lake front cottage on the cisco chain. Everything was as it said on the website. We had a few question while at the property and the host answered every time I reached out.

Great cabin for families

We had a great time during our summer fishing trip. Cabin had 3 bedrooms so our four kids had room to spread out. Extra large kitchen table gave us plenty of room to eat. Beautiful unobstructed views of Big Lake. We have family that live near Bents Camp which is only a five minute drive away. The only suggestion I would make would be to lower the height of the top bunks as it doesn’t have much head room for sleeping. Overall great cabin, and we look forward to coming back again!
