"A family run, modern hotel with outstanding service, all the staff without exception try their hardest to make you feel welcome and your stay as comfortable as possible. Nice, clean rooms, good facilities like a sauna and a very good restaurant offering local cuisine and drinks at reasonable prices. Very good breakfast buffet with a great variety of food and drink. Would definitely choose this hotel again when in the area."

"Tired hotel with no curtain in my room and far too hot although the radiator was switched off. The shower head would not hold up and the bed was very soft - ok for some people I know, but not me. There was no breakfast other than coffee and worst of all there is only a small time with any staff. That’s no help if you’re facing a keypad to get in. The telephone number to a sister hotel cuts off if you select the English option and if you take the German option they are not exactly helpful - I am still waiting for a call back that was promised in five minutes! "

Our room (S4) was very spacious and comfortable, with direct garden access. Staff was friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. "
