The accommodation

This house from the 18th century. Century stands 5 km from Landsberg in Erpfting. It has been lovingly restored by us in 2015 and is cozy and with everything you need furnishings. The ceiling heights are 2.09 m, it has two bedrooms. Large bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm and small bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm. 1 children's travel cot can be provided. On the ground floor is a living room, which adjoins the kitchen, in this is also a sofa bed and a stove for cozy evenings.
It is suitable for 4 persons.

The farmhouse is in original style obtained with garden in front and behind the house. In the garden behind the house there is a dining space with gas grill.

Garden chairs and bicycles are also available.

Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.

The Landsberg railway station is within approx. 7 to reach by car. There are also beautiful cycling routes of Erpfting to Landsberg and in all other directions, which are also suitable for roller blading.

The cycle path Via Claudia Augusta runs through the city and invites to beautiful bike rides through the Alpine foothills. The house is a good base for hiking through the forests, bicycle tours in the direction of Augsburg or along the Via Claudia Augusta, am Lech Höhenweg etc.
In Landsberg there are many attractions u. a. our beautiful Lechwehr, historic city center, Bayertor, Mutterturm etc.
In winter, about 30 minutes. to various skiing and cross country tracks.

For questions during your stay we are always available.

At the farmhouse adjacent to a rented house and farms where there is for children very much to see.
Nearby there's the Steakhouse "Hiristo" and just a few steps, so to speak, around the corner, the beer garden "Erpftinger sun" serving traditional Bavarian cuisine.

Ein gemütliches Häuschen in dem nichts gefehlt hat, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man gerne essen geht, ist unmittelbar nebenan ein super Gasthaus.

Das alte Bauernhaus wurde mit Liebe hergerichtet, der Flair unschlagbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Sauberkeit war klasse, die Einrichtung macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Lage ist toll, sehr zentral. Man kann von hier aus alles unternehmen, ob Berge oder Seespaziergang. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung war sehr angenehm, top Kann ich nur empfehlen

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus tolle Lage besonders sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen. Höchstens einen halben Punkt Abzug für das Sofa uns hat es für das Wochenende nicht gestört aber wenn man länger Urlaub macht ist es auf Dauer etwas unbequem. Ansonsten volle Punktzahl.

Wir haben alle nützlichen Gegenstände in der Küche vorgefunden, der Wohn-Essraum ist gemütlich eingerichtet, auch die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Bad entsprechen voll den Erwartungen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Es passt einfach alles! Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich perfekt, das Objekt liebevoll gepflegt und die Umgebung sehr freizeittauglich! Nach München und in die etwas weitere Umgebung nimmt man am einfachsten die DB.

Ich war zusammen mit meinem Sohn angereist, um das Wochenende im Allgäu zu verbringen. Wir haben ein wunderschönes altes und zugleich modern eingerichtetes Haus vorgefunden, das uns beiden sehr gut gefallen hat. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Kombination aus historischem Gebäude und ausgewählten Design-Elementen hat mich beeindruckt. Ich werde gern noch mal wieder kommen.

Die Pandemie hat uns vier bewogen, Urlaub im eigenen Land zu machen und wir haben es nicht bereut! Das kleine aber feine Ferienhaus in Erpfting, einem Stadtteil von Landsberg am Lech, liegt wunderbar ländlich und bietet sowohl einen perfekten Startpunkt für die morgendliche Jogging-Strecke, als auch für vielfältige Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Landluft, sowie die bequemen Betten boten beste Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Schlaf, die luxuriöse Dusche bescherte einen perfekten Tagesstart. In fußläufiger Entfernung boten Biergarten, Spielplatz, und Skateranlage, sowie vorhandene Spielgeräte für innen und außen sehr gute Bedingungen für den Familienurlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Familie Fischer (Kinder 10 und 12 Jahre alt)

Die Ferienwohnung im kleinen denkmalgeschützten Haus liegt in einem schönen bäuerlichen Dorf in der Nähe von Landsberg am Lech. Wir konnten von dort in alle Richtungen Ausflüge ins Allgäu unternehmen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, es gab sogar zahlreiche und gepflegte Fahrräder, so dass wir eine unbeschwerte Urlaubswoche verbringen konnten.

Jolie maison bien rénovée avec une salle de bain très actuelle et efficace . Lit confortable, conforme à la description de l’annonce. Nous étions 4 adultes et le coin repas est mal adapté pour 4 car table à deux hauteurs soit 2 places basses et 2 places sur hauts tabourets. Accueille chaleureux par Annette la propriétaire , qui nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement dans l’appartement , la cour arrière et le rangement des vélos. Elle nous a indiqué les coins intéressants dans la région et plein de cartes et pamphlets touristiques dans l´appartement. Proprio très disponible. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Im Ferienhaus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll war die große Legokiste für die Kinder und das Kettcar, mit dem unsere drei Jungs gemeinsam durch das Dorf gefahren sind. Auch der Biergarten in der Nähe ist super.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, la maison est très confortable, bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut, au calme à la campagne tout en étant près de Landsberg ville très jolie, et à la fois non loin des chateaux de Bavière et de Munich. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. La Bavière est une région très belle et sous le soleil c'est encore mieux, que demander de plus !!!

I do not know where to begin, everything about the house, the town, the location and the owners was wonderful, we loved every second of our stay. My husband and I are not into exercise so for us a car was necessary, however if you enjoy bike riding then you can get everywhere on the pushbikes which are provided. The owners are amazing, they are extremely attentive without being intrusive, they give you information about what is around (we loved the steakhouse just up the street) you are on the romantic road and can drive through the alps, which we did and enjoyed. We would definitely go back, (today if we were able to) and stay for longer.
