Stayed for one week. No one at front desk. No cleaning rooms or cleaning service. wi fi poor connection Kitchen supplies limited Shower door leaking water on bathroom floor. Overall room was good size and low rate per night but you get what you pay for.

Walls are paper thin; it was as though the person in the room next door and I were both in the same room. There were no cooking utensils and I could not get the stove top to work. I was not feeling well so didn't contact reception. On the good side, the apartment was spotlessly clean and in a great location.

There was no one to do the check in and got instructions late the night before arriving to let them know the time of arrival. Didn't have how to check my messages at that time. It was complicated. There wasn't even hand soap in the room. I didn't feel safe as there were always men gathered and drinking at the parking garage (entrance), afternoon and night.

Online eingecheckt, hat trotzdem nicht geklappt, keinen Code fürs Zimmer bekommen, erst mit Unterstützung eines zufällig anwesenden Angestellten. Entgegen der Beschreibung hatten wir keine Kaffeemaschine, obwohl 3 Personen angemeldet waren, nur zwei Sessel! Die Heizung war gesperrt und konnte nicht eingeschaltet werden!!

Seelenlos und keine Gastherzlichkeit

Die Unterkunft ist seelenlos. Man kommt an die Rezeption und es ist kein Mensch da. Man muss an einem Computer den Checkin machen. Das Zimmer sollte ab 15:00 Uhr freigeschaltet sein. Es war dann ab 15:01 Uhr immer noch nicht verfügbar. Das war bei mir und zwei weiteren Personen, die auch einchecken wollten. Habe dann eine Telefonnummer angerufen. Es hat dann erst funktioniert. Wenn man nur ein Platz zum Schlafen sucht in einem Business Unternehmen, kann man dort gerne einchecken. Sucht man Apartments, wo man sich zu Hause fühlt und die die Privatsphäre und Gefühle von anderen Menschen respektiert werden, sollte man diese Beherbergung vermeiden!

La señora de la limpieza,muy antipática! Si no hablas turco no habla contigo! El único inconveniente y disconformidad es ese ! Deberían ayudar al cliente cuando le piden información y no decir ,only turkish! Por lo demás genial! El personal de e recepción genial!

Im Zimmer roch es nach kaltem Rauch. Das Zimmer hatte keine Rollos oder Vorhänge sondern nur Plisses. Diese aber auch nicht über das komplette Fenster, sondern nur in den unteren 2/3. Da mein Apartment im Erdgeschoss war leuchtete es dementsprechend hell die ganze Nacht in mein Zimmer. Des Weiteren haben sich die Elektrogeräte jede Stunde durch ein lautes brummen erkenntlich gemacht.

Sehr laut von außen und von drinnen ( ausländische Bauarbeiter mit Dosenbier in der Hand und lauten Gesprächen aufm Flur. Es gab keine ruhige Minute wegen ständigen Lärm. Das Zimmer ist nicht wie gebucht. Statt 2 Einzelbetten gabs 1 Doppelbett. Aufm Bild bei der Buchung war ein viel schöneres Zimmer angezeigt. Ich werde das Appartementhaus keinem empfehlen und nie wieder buchen.

Absolut keine Unterkunft für Familien mit Kinder. Wir waren drei Nächte dort. In zwei Nächten musste die Polizei kommen, weil andere Dauergäste dort randalierten und eine Privatdisco daraus machten. Die Besitzer waren nie erreichbar außer per Chat. Es wurde aber nichts unternommen bzw. in der zweiten Nacht nicht mal mehr reagiert. Es ist absolut kein Urlaub wenn das Kind Nachts Angst bekommt, weil die Gäste aufgrund Drogen und übermäßigen Alkohol randalieren und die Unterkunft nichts unternimmt.

Penetranter Gestank im Zimmer - Herkunft unklar. Hinterlassenschaften auf dem Kleiderschrank (Flasche, Teebeutel, ...) und eine ausgeprägte Staubschicht. Verkehrslärm durch angrenzende Straße. Matratze war für mich unbequem. Alles in allem aber dennoch eine (bis auf oben genannte Ausnahmen) empfehlenswerte und saubere Unterkunft.

Ein und Auschecken unkompliziert und schnell. Kostenfreie Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Fehlende Utensilien im Bereich Küche wurden bis auf die Eierbecher nachgeliefert. Stadtmitte kann zu Fuß in ca. 20 min erreicht werden. Ich würde wieder einen Aufenthalt buchen.
