Mid-Century home that is part of a 9 home community offering a pool and Tennis court. Tons of great hiking close by as well as ice climbing, and 4 ski mountains from 10-30 minutes away. Tons of things to do. This house has wood ceilings and beams, large windows in the front for view and lots of light. Nice open plan. Nightly Rate based on 4 guest with a cost per additional guests of $50/night/guest.
House fits 8+. Loft typically not prepared unless more than 4 guest.

The Private neighborhood has 9 homes in its community offering a outdoor Pool and Tennis court (seasonally). Diamond Notch hiking trail at the end of the street.

Great place to get away. Use the house as your base for various hiking excursions, ice climbing, local event hopping, skiing, or just relax and enjoy nature. 4 ski mountains all within 40 minutes drive. In the summer, try the pool and tennis court, sit on the porch and read, or go to a local festival at Hunter or Woodstock. Belleayre Beach, or tubing down the Esopus Creek, Tinker Tube is close by in Phonecia, Fly fishing, or horseback riding. Hiking trails at the end of the street and many within a short drive. (we have local trail maps and books to look for one)
Hunter, Windham, Belleayre and Plattekill mountains all close by.
Ice climbing nearby.
Festivals year round held at at the ski mountains as well as Woodstock.
The towns Phonicia, Hunter, and Tannersville with many good Restaurants are all very close.
The house is yours, aside from one locked room on ground floor.

Plenty of parking on property for 3 (or more) cars.

Please Note the following:
*Load your GPS with the address before you leave home, Data is sparse on 23A and is non existent at the house.
*There is NO Land Line phone - Wifi phones are highly recommended and usually free with your carrier.
* The house is 2 floors, the Ground Floor has 2 BR, a Full Bath and Laundry room. The upper floor or main floor has the open living/dinning/kitchen space, 1 BR with Full Bath and access to the sleeping loft.
*The sleeping loft is great for sleeping and for kids(they love it) but adults cannot stand up as there is not enough head room. There is just enough headroom to sit on the beds and play a game, our kids play Risk on the little table up there. The loft is typically only prepared for sleeping when the group is 4 or more people.
*There is a ladder to reach the sleeping loft, some parents may feel uncomfortable with young children using this.
*Bath towels are supplied but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
*There are a variety of Games for multiple ages as well as an assortment of DVD's and a DVD player, please feel free to use.
*Sometimes there is food left in the Refrigerator, and definitely odds and ends of basic needs in the cabinets, please feel free to use but if you could let us know what has been used up so we can replace it that would be helpful.
*There is a single security camera on the homes exterior driveway area.
