The resort was just finishing its renovations during our stay (it was a soft opening) but it was still an absolutely amazing experience. The surroundings are amazing and the beach is picturesque. Every member of the staff are super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make our stay the best it could be.

We stayed at the Beachside Private Pool Suite. It was excellent, roomy, well maintained, twice daily refill of amenities, ample free bottled water, and daily refill of fruits, sweets, and TWG tea leaves. The staff were helpful, full of smiles and care with the heart

Very friendly staff who immediately provided us assistance and advice and responses.
Comfortable hotel just next to the beach. Room was nice and cozy. Hotel would provide you water and fruit when you are sunbathing. Good experience. Very relaxing environment. Breakfast was fine with different choices. We had also tried the dinner in the hotel, nice food and gorgeous view.

Spacious private pool room with excellent view, services definitely A+, from manager to every single staff, all very cheerful and helpful, very glad I spent two nights there instead of all 5 nights at four season, as this location is closer to downtown. the only thing is food is so so, no harm though as tones resto around and hotel provide car service until 12am.

Ambong service was impeccable, with their WhatsApp line, we get almost instant help for anything. We really liked the staff like Lina and a few other young smiley men who helped us at the restaurant and with our suitcases. We really have no complain about the staff.
We also enjoyed the food there, the fruits, the breakfast just start off your day in a very positive way. We look forward to it every day after we wake up! The wholesome breakfast n local Nasi lemak set were my favourite!
