Exteriors: - courtyard of 400 m², private garden of 600 m². Let yourself be tempted by this spacious house, located 900 m from the sea, at the gates of the famous Côte de Granit Rose. During your stay, a visit to Lannion, a town full of charm on the banks of the Léguer, is a must. Come stroll through its streets, cobbled alleys and admire the superb half-timbered or slate houses, witnesses of the medieval past. Do you want the coast and beautiful panoramas? Discover the site of Beg Léguer and its equipped beach (900 m) from where you can also access the GR34. Do not forget to go to the famous Côte de Granit Rose with its beaches with crystal clear waters, its unusual landscape where huge blocks of granite create a unique setting. The seaside resorts of Tregastel (14 km), Perros Guirec (15 km) and its famous district Ploumanac'h (17 km) await you. Children to entertain? Drive them to the park of the radome of Pleumeur Bodou 10 km away. Its planetarium, its Gallic village will delight young and old! In Lannion, at the gates of the Côte de Granit Rose, you will fall under the spell of this house offering beautiful interior volumes and located 900 m from the sea.
