Séjour hiver

Le studio est bien agencé et bien équipé. Le chauffage est performant. Mais pour un séjour en hiver, on est loin des pistes et le système de local à skis dans un autre bâtiment ne facilite pas l’organisation. Le ménage est fait par les locataires seulement, ce qui est loin de garantir une propreté suffisante. Les couchages, astucieux pour gagner de la place mériteraient d’être renouvelés. Enfin, attention à l’isolation phonique si vous venez avec des enfants.on entend toute la vie du studio d’à côté !

IDEAL POUR COURT SEJOUR

L'absence de lave-linge est gênante pour un séjour de 2 semaines comme le nôtre (j'aurais dû lire plus attentivement le descriptif avant de louer, et aurais choisi une location avec lave-linge!). Sinon, studio très bien équipé, agréable, calme et facile d'accès

Gros problème de propreté

Logement dont l'état général de propreté laisse beaucoup à désirer. Nous avons du faire le ménage à notre arrivée. Denrées périmées (moisissures) dans le réfrigérateur. Vaisselle, cafetière et literie étaient sales (draps usagés et couette avec des traces suspectes. Nous n'avons pas pu rester dans le logement. Très déçus, nous attendons le remboursement du loueur conformément à son engagement.

Parfait pour une escapade

Très bon séjour avec un très bel environnement. L'immeuble de l'extérieur peut paraître un peu vieillot mais le studio à été refait à neuf.

Vacances à Lans-en Vercors

Le studio situé dans une résidence calme et dans un lieu à proximité de Lans-en-Vercors est idéal pour venir se reposer et également rayonner dans toute la région. Le couchage est pratique et confortable. Séjour très agréable!
