“This place is absolutely horrible. The room we reserved was not available. The room was in SHAMBLES. Broken microwave, shower did not work properly, everything was rickety including the fridge, the bed, etc. Also the phone did not work to call out or to call the front desk, we had to physically walk to the office. We did request to extend one day because I had such a late flight and they comped us for the additional night - unfortunately the new room has construction going on in the unit……

“We were a group of 4 adults who traveled to Florida for a weekend event with a full itinerary. We needed the home to shower, get ready, and sleep. We checked-in late Friday night (11:30pm) after a long day of traveling and attending an evening event. To our dismay, we were unable to shower Friday night due to the property having no hot water. I waited until 7:45am Saturday to contact the host (trying to courteous) with this issue. He responded within a few minutes stating the hot water tank……
