The Hand wash sink drain had a leak and it was not fixed after I reported creating a water mess on the Bathroom flooring. the shower are pre set for Hot-cold mix and you need to tell the front desk if you want more hot water on your shower...No mixing Knob for Hot-Cold water! They only Change their Bed sheets every 3 days as their operation policy.

The bathroom is poorly designed, the rack was coming off, and the toileg didn’t flush well. The staff didn’t refill the toiletries. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or toothpaste provided. Breakfast felt like being in a refugee camp. They called it a “managed buffet” where someone doles out portions and you can’t have a second serving. And they only served 2 dishes! Worst buffet breakfast ever. It was the most humiliating in my life. I paid $50 a night for this hotel and it was not even worth $10. I received better service from a place where I paid $30 a night.

Ok, but not recommended for business trips

Physical infrastructure was so so, but -1) staff told us that breakfast was only from 6-6:30am because there was going to be an event and that the breakfast would be a hotdogs and an egg with rice. The staff were mostly on their mobile phones so you had to wait to be assisted.

Checking-in experience was terrible. Assigned room did not match what we reserved. No soundproofing. We can hear staff talking loudly during quiet time. Did not get a good sleep because the hallway light was on all night. No appropriate blinds or shutter or black out curtain. Breakfast food was cold. Fried fish was soggy and it tasted old. Too expensive for the quality of room and service of staff. Will not come back to this place.

It took long before the staff cleaned our room. We went out to tour expecting that our room will be cleaned once we arrive but it wasn't cleaned. They said that there were a lot of guests who checked in and out. I think they lack in staff.

Clean and nice hotel.

Overall hotel was good and clean. The food in the cafe is not that great but have good presentation and ambiance. They had OJT students who don’t know how to serve food and drinks and don’t know the cafe hours. Though, the hotel staff itself were great.

Stay at the hotel

No front desk staff upon arrival at 1:30am. Maintenance person was present to provide room. Water supply in the room smelled like canal water. Water supply in the shower was scalding hot and trickled. This was reported and main hotel temperature was adjusted but water stil trickled. Sink in bathroom was clogged, reported and corrected. Water trickled.

We had a good stay in Vybe Hotel, Laoag Ilocos Norte. The staff were very accommodating and helpful in giving us directions in going around town and getting van serbice for our Pagudpud tour.
