We had a relaxing stay at the hotel. We commend the staff for their excellent customer service. Pictures of the rooms looked nicer and bigger than the actual rooms. Furnitures were a bit outdated. We had to add a standard room that was a little pricey. But I liked the quietness of the area. We had breakfast on our last day and the food and coffee were delicious. The staff is friendly.

Roach, lizard and mosquito in room. You can hear noise outside loud due to big gap of the bottom of door and one time they changed the comforter and it was rough and itchy. Otherwise the employees are very nice, good food. The room could use upgrade .

The building is great for the price. Staff are very pleasant, cheerful, friendly, and very helpful - they went above and beyond satisfying our needs. They even upgraded our room. It was our first time to visit my husband's family in Laoag and we chose to stay at the Bellagio Hills Hotel because of its great reviews and beautiful photos. We both fell in love with the place at first sight!! It's quiet, private, homey yet elegant with a beautiful view of the Paoay lake. The hotel has a great ambiance and classy decors and interior design. We loved the modern bathroom, toilet with a bidet and the private porch in our room. The place was sparkling clean and all the staff were kind, accomodating and delivered personalized and quality service. We definitely felt right at home! This is absolutely one of our best experiences!! We look forward to coming back in the future! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!
