“The room was clean with comfortable bedding and good amenities. The anrea is quiet but you are not far from shopping and restaurants. Each person receives a $12 breakfast voucher for the restaurant directly next door. The food is absolutely delicious. This is our go to place to stay whenever we’re in the area.”

“I stayed at this hotel briefly but had to leave before midnight due to excessive noise. There was a loud gathering with shouting and disruptive behavior that made it impossible to rest. I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times to report the issue, but my calls were not answered. There was no visible effort from management to address or control the situation. This reflects a lack of basic guest support and noise control, which are fundamental expectations at any hotel. As a result,……

“I Love the Inn at Leola Village. It is one of my favorite places. I love that all of the rooms are just a little different. The staff are always very helpful and professional. This is my number 1 place to stay when I’m visiting Lancaster.”

“Was good for a quick one night stay but the beds were not comfortable enough for multiple nights. Enjoyed the coffee in the lobby and quick dip in the hot tub!”

“Staff gave us our room key and not ten minutes later we had a family open our door and asked why we were in THEIR ROOM. yep you guessed it our room was entered by another guest. We immediately went and got the second key to hopefully prevent another encounter but this made us all uneasy because of what happened. This property did have amazing water pressure for showering but the heating and cooling wasn’t working properly in the room and that was all we could say good about this place. Way too……

Breakfast options were quite basic—limited to Thomas bagels, coffee, and cereal, with no hot items like waffles or eggs. Overall, it’s a decent budget stay if you’re just looking for a clean place to sleep, but amenities are minimal.”
