「The property and area are beautiful, and the staff is amazing. However, my two biggest complaints is this studio is not a part of the resort. It’s owned by someone renting it out. The initial communication from the owner was rude, although it improved, I was still very displeased with some of the comments made. Personally I would choose a room that provides full transparency, because there was not full disclosure of the property in the initial booking.」

「The studio was very dirty. We sent photos to ebookers.fi to see how dirty it was. In bedroom roof was spidernest hanging. Bathroon bathcurtain was black so dirty downpart. Dust and dirty all over. We neededto wash the dishes when arrived as dirty. Only 2 towel wassort of clean. All the rest weredirty and stinked so neededto wash them. Dirt and dust in furnitures and on the floor. NOT recommend this place 1 Tower 15 L studio. Owner did not take any responce.」
