“The manager was very nice”

“Bad insulation noise controls, bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. We asked for change, but the front desk only provided one option, give us refund(ps:It was……

“Continental Breakfast lacks protein like eggs, bacon or sausage”

“Overall, we had a good stay. The room had a different layout than most hotels we've stayed in, which was a nice change. The location is great, up on the hill above Lewiston and conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and other amenities. Our only real complaint was the bedding for the pullout sofa bed our son used. The sheets and blankets appeared to have been stuffed back into their storage bag without being washed and had a strong, sweaty odor. Definitely something housekeeping should……

“It’s about 2 steps above an hourly motel. Most of the occupants looked like individuals just getting by… with all their belongings in their vehicles and in front of the motel doors. I had to sign additional forms regarding deep fat fryers, cooking supplies, pets and daily inspections. The room we stayed in was just renovated and was nice and comfortable but they were out of soap so they gave us shampoo to wash our hands. They tried…and everything else was sold out in the area because of……

“Host was super friendly and fast to respond.”

“Clean room, awesome breakfast, friendly staff- great stay!”

“If passing through, I'd recommend stopping here because they offer simple rooms plus useful extras including washing machines and microwaves close at hand.”

“Everything you need is there! The host took the time to make lists and label items so you know what is where and what things do. It was very comfortable.”

“Cute place nice neighborhood. Host was quick to respond and very kind in regards to the ck in process. Please be aware there are spots in laundry room cabinets as well as hole in floor behind living room chair that smallPets can escape/get stuck or lost. I was able to cover up hole with shoving a blanket inside the air duct hose and put something heavy on top. My little guy ended up poking his head out as I grabbed him. Pretty scary. I let the host know so that other guests wouldn’t have to……

“Lovely property to stay at.”

“I was in town for a teacher conference. This beautiful home allowed me the space I needed after a long day of learning. The check in process was so smooth. I also loved that this home was close to places like grocery stores and coffee shops.”

“We had a great stay. Safe neighborhood and close to everything. House was perfect for us and our teens.”
