Beautifully updated historic studio in the middle of everything!
This beautifully updated historic studio apartment is perfect for one night or several, with everything you need for a comfy stay. 3 blocks East is the University of Wyoming and 3 blocks West is the thriving downtown, full of shops and restaurants.
Such care was taken with the updates and the bathroom is so classic and inviting!
Easy self check-in with keypad entry.
We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!
Right in the middle of Laramie’s historic area and so close to UW and downtown!
There is free street parking with a spot steps away from the door.
Uber & Lyft available.
AC is available seasonally, approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)
The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Cute studio within walking distance of downtown and the UW campus/War Memorial Stadium. Several thoughtful extras provided. The bed was a little low and the shower a little high so it helps to be a bit limber. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Downtown Place in Laramie
We had a great day. The host was very courteous and got back to us very quickly. Check-in was very simple. The place is very cute and was clean. It has all the needed amenities for a very pleasant stay.

Perfect Location
Perfect simple, clean spot to stay. Laramie is clearly not big, but this spot was literally 3 minutes from everywhere we needed to go in town and easy access to the highway for the mountains we wanted to spend time in. This is nothing fancy, but we just wanted an affordable place to stay for the weekend and this was perfect. The tub was a tiny bit dicey to get in and out of (I’d recommend a mat to put in the bottom of it) but not a big deal to us.

I enjoyed the convenience and location of the property. The bathtub was a little hard to get in and out of cause it was so high which made it a little tough to shower.

Lovely Laramie Location!
Thank you for a wonderful stay! This location was perfect for easy walking to the university or historic downtown. The size and amenities were just what I needed for a short stay and everything was as pictured. Great communication with host. Would book again!
