“Excellent service and BEAUTIFUL views. What an experience. We also did a tour of the sacred valley with the owner Eddy. We had the best time, visited moray Mara’s ollantaytambo and stopped for beers at a local brewery. Had the best time. Staff were also very accommodating, shout out to Gabby and Juan Carlos! Food was top notch. Lots of water coca tea, pisco sours and even made a special tea for me where I had a cold ! The place is a little out of the way up the mountain but gave the best……

“We had a beautiful experience in this property. This place Is luxurious and has everything you need to be able to do your tours and travels. Nestled between tall mountains, the creek runs through the property, you can hear the river at night and watch the stars. They provide Tumi alpaca blankets so you can sit outside and enjoy the stars. Just beautiful, We stayed for 3 nights in Cabin 17. Comfortable and clean, the complementary breakfast is a la carte and delicious. The bread is made in house……

The 15 minute walk from the train to the hotel was a little long for my wife and I, in our 70's, but was doable. The service was excellent -- responsive and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. A good place to stay.”

“This is an elegant new hotel in a fabulous setting along the river. We were very excited to rest and recover there after the Inca Trail. However, the vibe at this hotel is seriously off. It was almost empty (and it's a large hotel), and the staff were stiff and formal. We had to sign a waiver of liability for "flames coursing through the building" before we were shown to our large and comfortable room overlooking the river. We had heard good things about the restaurant, but again, it's a huge……

“Perfect place to relax prior to visiting Machu Picchu or any excursion. Everything we needed was provided. They even arranged car service from Cusco. The location is prefect! I really loved hearing the river outside our room. Shops, restaurants and the train station is within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. 5 stars!!!”
