「They were very friendly and answered my calls/texts in a timely manner.」

「Rug on house stained our feet. Umbrella listed as included in the listing was broken. Freezer and refrigerator doors wouldn’t close properly. Everything else was great. Location was the beat! Would def come back!」

「This place was by far one of our favorite places to stay. We were provided everything we needed for the beach. Communication was very sufficient. We’ll be staying here again!」

「We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seaside Cottages! Everything was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our trip. The pool and spa were amazing and the perfect place to relax, and the beach was just a quick walk away. There were also so many delicious restaurants within walking distance, so we never had any issues getting around without a car! One of our favorite things was all of the beach gear provided, including beach towels, a wagon, cooler, beach chairs, and a...

「Very clean comfy sheets and towels」

「Had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time away. I felt safe throughout the stay, and the location was excellent, with cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The host was wonderful (very easy to communicate back and forth with, even left an itinerary with recommendations, LOVEDDD THATTT) and truly, appreciated the opportunity to stay here. Would absolutely recommend this...

「Loved our stay, had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway!」

There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. The beds and bedding were very good. Lots of amenities for...

「Needs a lot of work. The entire cottage needs redone. The four differing floor materials are ugly. The water stain in the bedroom ceiling is quite off putting. The molding around the air conditioners is tacky. It all needs work. The Kuerig doesn't work.」
