“The property was in bad shape. Our room entrance door was broken would not open. The jams damaged with screwdrivers I reported to the attendant. the bathroom door would not close and was coming off the hinges this place really really needs to be renovated. Only reason I stayed was I needed an emergency hotel for the night since it was after midnight would definitely than that stay in the place again.”

“I honestly would give this stay a negative zero if I could. From the moment we arrived, it was a terrible experience. The first room they gave us was clearly not cleaned — the bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it, and the covers were dragged all across the floor. The second room wasn’t much better. There were roaches, broken dresser drawers that constantly slid open on their own, and raid powder sitting in the corners, which tells me this is an ongoing issue they’re clearly aware……

“Unauthorized charge + zero housekeeping for 3 nights. Avoid. During my stay at this property from June 26-29, 2026, I experienced two serious issues. First, at check-in I was charged without my consent — a double charge, as my reservation was already paid through Expedia more than three weeks prior to our arrival. This unauthorized charge affected our entire vacation from the very beginning, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip into a completely bitter……

“The price was good - the room was a good size with a roll away bed and kitchenette-bathroom could have been cleaner - there was a hole in one of sheets -juice and coffee were terrible - staff was friendly but there was communication issue understanding them and they understanding us/not major issues but minor ones to fix”
