「Staff a bit tricky re booking tables to eat. Reception didn’t say a thing but I felt like we got into trouble trying to get dinner. Just a heads up to anyone - book a table. Food and venue was beautiful all the same.」

「we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational.
the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

「The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations. We also ate in the hotel and the food was first class. Will definitely go back. It is so close to Glasgow airport too.」
