「I didn’t stay here , we arrived for concert at Hampden park , only to find out hotel was closed to public , on a government contract . Had to return home on train with suitcase and missed concert and mini break in Glasgow . 」

「the bed is large and soft,but there is no tooth.brush and.tooth paste in the bathroom.the bath tub is not.clean.enough.the breakfast is great but they serve.the same. thing everyday.it is good overall.」

「The staff were very welcoming and friendly! Reassured myself and other guest of anything we need that they are here! The spa staff were welcoming and friendly! Such a safe atmosphere and the room did not disappoint! We were on the top floor and the view was amazing and felt very comfortable immediately! 」
