「The location was very good especially for buses and trams.
The flat was nothing special, in fact it was very poorly furnished, cheapest of furniture, no tissues, no paper towel, no cloths to wipe the counters or bathroom, two tiny containers of soap and shampoo for two people for an entire week. Give the minimum and pay the maximum.
Also, asking for more money as an excuse to get access to the key box was the final straw. I will NEVER rent with Altido or Joivey again.」

Although I knew these before hand the following were still a slight downside:
Three flights of stairs
No tv
10.00 see check out but 3.30 check in. (Cleaner arrived at precisely 10.00)
Only one set of keys.
(It would help if two small bedside tables were in situ.)
NCP Car parking £18.50 per 24 hours just a few yards from the property.」

「This is a wonderful gem of a place to stay. My husband, dog and I stayed for 2 nights and we honestly could find no fault. Everything you could possibly need was provided which was a lovely touch. Even down to being able to grab a cuppa whilst we got our bearings was perfect. The weather was horrible but we felt relaxed and rested which is priceless. Would have loved to have stayed longer so will definitely look to do that in the future. Well done Julie, your home is amazing 」

「We stayed at the Garden Cottage and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the gardens. Also we took full advantage of the many walking trails in the local area. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfy. We would love to come back again!」
