The hotel was in a great location. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was great with large windows in the bar area. You could relax after walking the royal mile with a nice drink. I would definitely stay again.

Exceptional location in old town, in easy walking distance of attractions and very close to Waverley station. Room was clean and serviced daily. It also had a lovely bar area with comfortable seating. Overall, a lovely accommodation for our visit.

We only spent 2 nights in Edinburgh as our holiday came to an end. The hotel was convenient to public transportation and in a great location and offered a very nice breakfast. The lobby was nice and inviting, the staff was helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, small and simple no extra frills, which was fine for what we needed.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were welcoming on arrival and had no other interactions after check in. I booked a room with a view on Expedia and thankfully, that’s what we were given. I think the price was very high compared to my other BnB bookings on this trip. The hotel is in a very central location to the Royal Mile in Old Town. Very convenient location.
