「We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was clean and enough room for our family. It was also walking distance to town. The host had excellent communication!」

「This cabin is perfectly located to easy walking distance to so much of downtown Estes Park- a huge bonus when parking downtown gets crowded! We hung out by the river and in the hot tub a ton. This cabin was cozy and absolutely would book again for a relaxed Estes Park trip.」

「Great cabin and lovely trip for our 20th wedding anniversary. We had our dog with us and didn't realize that the cabin was so close to a busy road and there weren't a lot of walking trails from the property but nonetheless, it was a great visit. It was warm, and there is no AC, but again, totally worth it - just good to know. We had a group of elk come visit and munch on the bushes right outside our back door and the river view was incredible. Will return for sure!」

「Very good location especially close to old town. Easy access. Clean rooms. Pet friendly with nice size back yard. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced as it seen it’s better days. Overall comfortable. With only one air conditioner in the primary bedroom it can get warm especially when temperatures are above normal but fans do help. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very close to several local breweries. Overall enjoyed the stay. This was second year in a row we stayed there.」

「This is a cute cabin on the Big Thompson River. It is a little ways from the town of Estes Park, which we enjoyed. The turn-off on the highway and the little road into the cabin are tricky. Just trust the address!」

「This house was perfect for my family of 4. The owner was kind and easy to communicate with. Great location and easy parking. My kids loved the hot tub.」

「We enjoyed staying there and that it included a fenced yard. That was great for our dog. The only issue that was a little difficult was that there was one bathroom and it was in the second bedroom. So you had to walk through the living room, kitchen, dining room and second bedroom in order to use the restroom at night. The only other issue I saw was that the sink and bathtub did not drain properly and that is easy to fix. Otherwise we would stay there again. Our dog gave it 5 stars too! Thank...

「Such a great little spot! Clean and cozy, great location to the park and not too far from downtown but out of the fray! Would absolutely stay here again!」

「Very nice place. Within walking distance to downtown, but walking back all uphill is hard! Had everything we needed for our week in the mountains. The only downside was the dumpster is at the house next door. Also, with no A/C when neighbors come in late it can be very loud. Would stay here again.」

「Great location if you’re doing RMNP. Bathroom was very nice. Liked the fact that sink was separate from shower. One issue:pocket door was broken (maintenance fixed the next day). Hot water, good pressure, thick towels. Amenities were good, especially the coffee and tea. Refrigerator is really small, and if you want ice you’ll need to bring it with you. Picnic table on the front porch was nice. Bed and pillows were soft but comfortable. No AC, which is probably usually no problem, but it was...
