This unit has been off the market for two years.
This private and cozy studio is located one block from the quaint, historical town of Larkspur. Larkspur is conveniently just 40 minutes from coastal beaches, Napa and Sonoma Valley and 45 minutes from SFO and Oakland airports.

Quiet neighborhood and just minutes from some of the best eating and drinking establishments in the Bay Area.

Hiking trails that give you full access to the Mount Tam watershed are just few blocks from the house.

studio with great location
The studio was just as the pictures show. The host with easy to contact. Not mentioned in listing is that there is an upstairs rental also. If people are there you can hear everything and the foot steps are loud. Other than that, great location for easy walking into the little town which has some great eating spots.

Lovely visit
We had a lovely stay in the studio. It is well appointed and an excellent location for hiking trails and many restaurants in Larkspur. Allison was very quick to respond to a problem with the shower and got it fixed ASAP. We hope to return when the weather is nicer to enjoy the lovely garden.

Such a cute little studio apartment! Centrally located. You can walk to downtown Larkspur a block away. Charming! Allison, the host, is incredibly responsive! I would stay here again.
