You'll love its central location, warm atmosphere and large, sheltered, south/west-facing balcony of over 50 m2 for relaxing in the sun.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and a baby.

- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)
- Bedroom 1 with large double bed (160cm), terrace access and large dressing room
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90cm), access to terrace and large dressing room
- Bathroom with large walk-in shower, double washbasin, heated towel rail
- Terrace of over 50 m2 with garden furniture and sun loungers
Located on the 1st floor with elevator of a new luxury residence.
No pets allowed. Shops just below the residence.
Cot and high chair available.
A bus line runs close to the apartment to Lorient and the coast.
