Had an excellent stay, the manager Michael was brillant and always around for a friendly chat, the head of house keeping was brilliant, she couldnt do enogh and the cleansers are great too, Jeremie the bar was was great and so entertaining, always polite and always made everyone feel welcome, will definitely be returning and can't wait, i give this hotel 10 stars 😀 😊

Great location

The location of the hotel is perfect. Is on the beach and on the main road of Protaras with all available facilities (restaurants, cafes, convenient stores). Hotel rooms are average size and clean. However, the food at the hotel was not very good. Breakfast was ok but dinner was not good.

Had a lovely stay at this property, perfect location right in the middle of the strip with walkable distance to every destination. The room was clean and fresh with a nice balcony, air conditioning was super nice. Only “complaint” was the breakfast food which was average and could taste different day by day and wasn’t a lot to cheer for.

Overall we enjoy our stay at Iliada Beach Hotel. The people at the reception was polite. I did not enjoy so much the area of breakfast. It needs renovation.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The pool was nice. The Hotel rooms could do with a bit more storage and a bit of updating. Breakfast was nice plenty on offer. However, the evening meals were awful. We had to pay €18 , first night was mexican and it left a lot to be desired. We thought we would give Greek a go and found it equally as poor. Biggest high was the Pina Coladas , they were delicious.

Great staff, all friendly and helpful, had an issue and it was fixed right away. The location is amazing, pool a few steps away from the beach so no need to hire beach sunbeds, hotel right on the middle of the strip. Slightly dated but its an old hotel, is very clean, beds were comfortable, great views from balconies, good size room's, we were half board have good vegetarian options you can order for dinner but as with any big chain hotel food isnt the best but could always find something to eat, was the same price for HB as BB so wasnt to fussed and we ate out a few nights. For the price its a great hotel with lovely staff in an amazing location.

The property has all you need and is a fantastic location. Was great value for money. Shame you have to pay to use the in-room safe and there is no place to hang clothes to dry on the balcony. The view from the balcony is amazing. The breakfast was just ok but Dinner buffet was fantastic and the food was really tasty. All staff are friendly and really professional. The location is fabulous. Two steps from the beach and there are lots of shops and food options around. Overall an amazing stay!

Recommendation for a family vacation with a child

I'll tell it like it is - all expectations are met. Excellent cuisine, varied, fresh, and tasty. Very nice staff. The hotel itself, looks not new, but neat and clean. Cleaning in the room - always on top. Lunch box for early departure. Perfect location. Perfect quality for the money. Top staff! Really excellent helpful & friendly. The food was poor unfortunately- seems little care is taken. The water under the trays one morning was able to be seen while the eggs were waiting to come out , this was dirty water which had old food in it & it wasn’t breakfast. A real shame as staff were lovely but wouldn’t return.

As I'm disabled with a walker .the staff was extra kind and gave me vip service especially Jeremy the bar man wait staff.both Jimmy and head manager.they always took time to talk to me.help me up and down the ramps .booked our taxi to airport for 430 am we did not have to worry about anything feels like you are part of their family.My daughter and I will never forget

I stayed here for a week in August with my two children aged 13 and 10. The hotel room was basic but good and had everything that we needed. Housekeeping came every day. The pool was a good size and the beach is right next to the hotel. Everything was walking distance; shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel would not be 4* for me as it is very basic. The food was ok, just about had something to eat every day and we were half board. Thankfully the half board is flexible so we were able to swap dinner for lunch, which enabled us to eat dinner at many of the great restaurants in the area. The staff were friendly, although some struggled with their English (and their Greek, which I am also fluent in)... Would I stay here again? Yes I would and I would recommend it if you just want a well located hotel with your basic needs.
