Lovely apartment

Great stay in a brilliantly located apartment right on the beach. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was really quiet so great for a good night’s sleep.

Excellent apartment right on the beach. All good quality furnishings and equipment. Spotlessly clean. Good size reasonably private patio area overlooking the beach. Good choice of nearby restaurants, and many more 25 minute walk away in the main town. Good base for exploring this side of Cyprus including Nicosia, Famagusta and Troodos.

Great apartment and location

I went with my 5yo and 9yo and my disabled mother. Ground floor apartment, beach on your doorstep, amenities close by. I couldn't think of a more perfectly placed beautiful modern apartment. The management team were on hand with any questions and replied immediately. I will definitely be staying again! Thank you!

Modern apartment Sea view Good service A few things are broken and need to be fixed - many lights are flickering, dishwasher is not properly fit in the kitchen and falls out, smaller pots and pans are missing (only one very big pot and pan available), some chairs are unstable Making available a roll of paper towels would be a great value add and more toilet paper - it was out 2 days before we left

Perfect Place to stay in Larnaca

The property is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The apartment is well fitted out and the hosts are professional and accommodating. Perhaps the best thing is the location. It is right on the beach which has very reasonably priced sunbeds and umbrellas and is only crowded on weekends. Excellent restaurants - in particular Vareli and Zephyros - are nearby as are mini- and supermarkets. Many excellent cafes as well. An excellent bakery and downtown Larnaca are a longer but effortless walk. It is a perfect place from which to explore Larnaca and nearby areas. I hope to return again and again for the beach and seeing my relatives in Larnaca.

Great apartment right on the beach!

Lovely modern apartment with all good quality furnishings and equipment. Right on the beach with a good size, reasonably private patio area. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby and many more in the main town 25 minutes walk away. Good communication with the property manager. Good base for exploring this end of Cyprus including Nicosia, Famagusta and Troodos. Close to airport so a bit of departing and arriving aircraft noise.

Literally beachfront. Very relaxing and excellent and immediate access to the beach. Ideal for familes with young children. You can walk to Larnaka and restaurants, cafe etc very near to the airport. I would certainly recommend this place The balkiny had no shade at all till around 2 pm. Cyprus is a warm place. So if you don't want to go to the beach you are ibliged to stay indoors. Certainly it needs a shader, to protect from sun or even the rain and at the same time for the visitors to keep enjoying the beach.

The property of this location is absolutely perfect for beach lovers. The apartment is clean with fabulous views of the beach, sea and harbour. Waking up to that every morning was a dream for me, my husband and 3 children. We would walk to the town about 30 mins, or walk to Mackenzie beach which was 10 mins walk on the beach or stay right outside our apartment on the beach, There are many ice cream and waffle restaurant's behind the apartment, which lots of people use so always a hive of activity and fun. We went for a family wedding and it was easy to book a taxi to take us to the church and back to the venue. All shop and restaurant owners were extremely helpful. On our last day we didn't have anywhere to leave our luggage and because we often went to to the shop opposite they very kindly let us leave our luggage with them.

Très bon emplacement, 10 mn de l'aéroport, bon point de chute pour visiter l'est de l'île. Bel appartement moderne, tout fonctionnait bien. Belle terrasse Accès direct à la mer Les attentions à l'arrivée Pas grand-chose de négatif. Il manque un store sur la terrasse, la table sur la terrasse est un peu petite. Le parking devrait être fermé

The perfect spot

This apartment is in the perfect location for Larnaca town, quick and easy airport transfers and lovely beaches. Plenty of choice when it comes to eating out. The apartment is clean and amply equipped. All that was missing was some shade on the patio, maybe a wind-out canopy.

The location is great! The apartment is well equipped. The parking spot in this apartment is an issue, it has to be secured for the people who stay in this apartment. The apartment could be priced a bit better considering the the size of the apartment. The bedrooms are small in size.
