Sunrise pearl is excellent. It is a top hotel on the best beach in Cyprus. It is also on the best part of the strip and so we can walk everywhere. The staff and quality was very good. The room cleaning was top notch. We had a very nice stay. Highly recommended. My only complaint would be that the jacuzzi in the adult pool did not come on very often. It seemed to operate only once or twice a day.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were truly exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the food was excellent with plenty of choice; we really couldn’t have asked for anything more. A special mention must go to Vera on reception. During our stay, I wasn’t feeling well, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after and comfortable. Her care and attention made a real difference, and it’s something we’ll always remember. Overall, we loved everything about the hotel and had a wonderful stay. With just a little more focus on creating a poolside atmosphere, it would be absolutely perfect.

Beautiful pool area with great pool side service. Sunbeds are reserved for your stay and staff being around small touches like free fruit and cold towels. The hotel was ok - good location but the bars and restaurants along the road were very average and a bit rough and ready. The hotel was fine but breakfast was basic with the same selection that you would get in any hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy and well maintained. The allocation of sun beds for your stay seemed fine when we arrived but as time goes by you may want to try another area. Also, the sun shades are fixed and can not be moved. So if you want to move into the shade, you need to move the sunbed. Where we were, there was a fence behind us so could not move back and limited space between subbed .

The most prestigious in Protaras

The best option in Protaras. The hotel is stunning, full of swimming pools, 7 restaurants (included in the half board base). Excellent breakfast. The beach - the best in Cyprus. The staff is very helpful and happy to help and solve any problem. Plenty of free parking in the hotel parking lot.
