We loved the location

The Villa is lovely inside and has everything you need. We had a welcome water,jam and bread etc...we stayed for 10 nights and the location was great

Great property and pool, very clean with everything you need for a self catering holiday should you wish to cook.Small issue with air con but once reported dealt with quickly. Highly recommend this property for location and amenities

Das Haus ist samt Grundstück in Ordnung, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen...

Das Haus samt Grundstück ist in Ordnung, leider aber nicht perfekt. Die Fahrt zum Haus war mit Google kein Problem. Das Objekt war schnell gefunden und der Zugang zum Haus war mit einem in einem Schlüsselsafe hinterlegten Schlüssel problemlos zu realisieren. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung entsprach zu 100 Prozent den Fotos. Ringsum befanden sich Palmen und äußerlich war das Haus vollkommen in Ordnung. Die 3 Bäder waren sauber, kein Schimmel und keine kaputten Fliesen. Zudem waren einige kleinere Shampoo-Fläschchen hinterlegt. Die Handtücher waren neu und weich. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen. Die Küche war übermäßig gut und umfangreich ausgestattet. Gläser, Teller, Besteck und Zubehör war reichlich vorhanden. Der Pool war sauber und roch nicht Chlor. Vermutlich wurde für uns extra das Wasser neu eingelassen. Gefühlt hatten wir unter 20 Grad Wassertemperatur, was ein Hineinspringen zur Herausforderung machte... Von der Vermietung wurden wir von Anfang bis Ende perfekt betreut. Sowohl per Email, als auch per Anruf wurde nach unserem Befinden gefragt und ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Das war erstklassig!!! Das Haus war nicht dreckig, aber hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche war eine Schranktür desolat, die Küchenschränke selbst müssten mal alle nachgestellt werden, der Kühlschrank scheint etwas Kondenswasser zu verlieren, weshalb ein Lappen im Türbereich untergelegt war, das Geschirr war zusammengestückelt und teils gesprungen, eine Toilette (von 3) war etwas locker, einige Matratzen der Betten (Federkern - durchgelegen) müssten erneuert werden, die Poolumrandung war etwas desolat und die Stühle und Sitzkissen im Außenbereich haben durch das Wetter stark gelitten.... Das Haus selbst ist etwas abseits von der Partymeile gelegen. Leider geht direkt vor dem Grundstück eine etwas mehr befahren Straße lang, sodass man hier und da ein paar Liefer-LKW und Busse in den Morgenstunden wahrnahm. Der Strand ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch befindet sich unweit des Hauses ein kleines Geschäft, das einem alles für das tägliche Leben verkauft. Insgesamt war das Objekt also in Ordnung. Es ist etwas Luft nach oben, aber es könnte deutlich schlimmer sein. Preis-Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall... Ich würde es wieder buchen.
