"Positives Location good Breakfast excellent Bar staff - nice people Large room Clean Rituals toiletries Bar price was very reasonable Comfy beds Negatives Wrong room type provided (and refused to remedy) Only 1 water (and yes, a single occupant but you make me painful price for the room) No water day 2 requested for day 3 No milk day 3, gave up Coffee machine not working day 1 Not soundproofed TV mostly not tuned in No UK TV / international Casting not working (TV not connected to internet, tries to connect but won’t) sky bar not open (only weekends) Reception fairly rude Screen for ac cannot be turned off - so bright Sky bar not open "

The staff were amazing and made my birthday special, I will definitely stay here again. My only issue is there fruit flies in the living area but the staff responded well and sprayed the place after I flaggec"
