“I was exhausted and wanted to check in early, but the room wasn't ready. The receptionist who spoke perfect english offered for me to leave my bags until check in which received much of my burden. The room was perfect - the view the balcony the quiet and I requested a coffee maker and it was brought right away. The staff were exceptionally kind and took extra care when I was in need. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“Very convenient close to the beach, restaurants and parking garage. Personally, I wouldn’t stay in the hotel like in Laspalomas.”

“Staff absolutely kind - they changed me the room in order to checkin before the available time. Room and bathroom very clean. Room free space a little bit small for 2 people - you do not have enough space to leave your baggage (if the big one). Wifi very good - I worked from there and no problems about videocall. You cannot see the sea but it is 2 minutes walking from the main beach. You can also find a lot of places where to drink and eat what you want.”

“The peers at the front desk are amazing, Unfortunately I don’t recall their names but they make me fall in love with the island. The whole front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. Will definitely come back, also Vanessa the housekeeper; was very kind and helpful at all times.”
