“Everything was excellent except the weather. Nine days of constant cold wind spoiled the vacation. Hotel over the dunes with very good facilities. perfect cleanliness, comfortable rooms with a superb view and incredibly good food. Admirations to the chefs!”

“I love the all-inclusive part and the variety of food they serve every day. The staff was extremely helpful, especially when we were looking for a phone charger adapter. The sockets are different from the US electric sockets. The only thing I wish all hotels had was an exhaust fan in the bathrooms, because our room here doesn't have any. Also, I was expecting mini toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, like the ones they give in hotels in Asia. Overall, our room with an ocean view……

“Food was amazing, communal areas were perfect and plenty of amenities. All staff are very pleasant and really helpful. The only issue I had was with the room initially - tiny bugs were in the kitchen area (I don’t think anyone had stayed in the room for a while). Maybe common in these locations - I’m not sure. However, it was clean overall and bug spray I got at a local shop sorted this out.”

“Their staff was wonderful and friendly for the first few days we were there regardless of language barriers for we had a wonderful time. However their rotation on Sunday on from May 10th was not kind, patient, nor accommodating which brought my review stars down. Would not revisit this place for the crumbling factors were lack of kindness.”
