Bei der Buchung wurde uns folgendes versprochen: - Ruhe auf der Freiluftterrasse - ab 13 Uhr saßen wir im absoluten Schatten, ab 18 Uhr Kinderlärm von den Nachbarn. - Keine Sorge, verlassen Sie sich beim Einkaufen auf unseren Concierge - nur gegen einen erheblichen Aufpreis und mit großem Widerwillen haben wir 90 Dollar für ein paar Nudeln und Melone bezahlt. Das war eine absolute Frechheit! - Wir empfehlen unseren persönlichen Kochservice (US $35.00 pro Mahlzeit, Essen nicht inbegriffen) - dieser Service ist nur für $45 erhältlich - die Küche hat null Ausstattung, es gibt nicht einmal Salz, wir sind Reisende und haben keine Küchenausrüstung dabei - der Zustand der Wohnung ist abgenutzt und teilweise kaputt - Balkonmöbel haben Löcher und fallen an den Kanten auseinander - die Poolpumpe ist morgens sehr laut - die Farbe blättert an der Treppe zu den unteren Schlafzimmern ab, der Flur ist mehr als lieblos gestaltet Alles in allem konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt nicht genießen. Ergänzend wäre noch zu sagen, wer Ruhe sucht, ist dort nicht gut aufgehoben, die Nachbar Apartments liegen so nah, dass man wirklich jedes Wort hören kann! An den Wochenenden feiern die einheimischen lautstark mit großen Lautsprechern ihr Wochenende und somit hat man bis 24 Uhr keine Chance auf Entspannung. Las Terrenas als Ort, ist Land typisch schmutzig mit katastrophalen Straßen und permanenten Stau. Eine Herausforderung für jeden, der dort ein Mietauto fährt.

Spacious and Tastefully Designed Property

Very impressive entrance and spaces all around this property. Quiet, serene with a lot of private rooms to enjoy. The rain shower heads were great after a long day at the beach; cleanness was flawless and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything. We all loved the chef offering that’s included with the stay for breakfast. So worth it! We always receive a quick response from Judy, our concierge contact. Highly recommend this place.

Loved our stay at Bonita Village.The host and check in process was a wonderful easy experience.We enjoyed the Chefs recipes and eagerness to accommodate our reqests although the menus were limited.Connoisseur respnded quickly. First trip las terrenas

We found things a little awkward at first and the kids may have been a little too excited with the noise and the pool but eventually we got settled in and got used to all the routines and town it was second nature to us after a while and became like you were at home and very comfortable to us all and very safe. The guards at the gate were very good to us and everyone involved with the property were so very nice and helpful we are only confused about one thing That is about our rental room deposit for any breakage and do we get any refund for a satisfactory review of room condition as we didn’t see anyone at checkout time although we waited till then and had to leave to go home. Other than that detail we had an amazing trip and will continue with the vrbo brand and spread that through our social and geographical area. Also I might add that DLR rent a car was fantastic to us plus we would like to know if we have any leniencies in pricing for brand loyalties as we may like to rent the upstairs and downstairs A1 and A2 together for next year and most likely annually besides any other places we may travel though the use of your available properties. I hope you may respond back to me about those thoughts and learn yours. Thank you so much for our wonderful and memorable trip

We enjoyed our week at Las Terrenas. This was our 2nd time there, and we greatly enjoyed this condo. The staff are pleasant, the rooms comfortable, though the beds are quite hard and low to the ground. There are several flights of stairs you must go up, so if anyone in your party has difficulty climbing stairs, be aware. We loved the big sun chairs, and the chef was wonderful. The beach is really nice, with good waves, and pleasant temperatures. The wi-fi is not strong. One in our party had to cancel clients because Zoom could not be maintained, and others in our party struggled with their online coursework. So, be prepared. Also, the house is just the two lower levels, not the top level. But there is plenty of room and it was a lovely time. Bring US dollars and Euros because cash is king.

Beautiful Property Excellent Stay

We stayed, with my 2 hound adult kids. I’m Dominican American n tend to be a bit skeptical of things. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. The house/Duplex was more beautiful than the pictures. Really is easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Fabiola the concierge is on the premises n beyond responsive. She was truly amazing getting us taxis, recommending great restaurants, helping us rent a ATV n securing the chef. We used Danny the chef twice for dinner n twice for breakfast. Worth It!! Delicious food n they do the food shopping for it. Plenty of towels n beach towels. We didn’t need a change of towels but could have easily requested it someone came n took out the trash. AC’s worked great as did the jacuzzi n pool. Keep in mind the jacuzzi won’t get hot like in US n who cares cuz in the heat. The unit had everything needed in the kitchen n plenty of it. The bathroom showers had plenty of hot water n great water pressure. There were hand towels n Tp n paper towels n hand soap already there in all the bathrooms. We had lots of days with some rain but it didn’t matter because house was perfect. Also has a great radio speaker with blue tooth. Only tiny tiny thing is - which does not really matter much was The wifi on the main floor where the master is was perfect but the bottom bedrooms wifi was not as great n TV connection. Also you do need to have cash, whether Dominican pesos or US dollars ( or Euros) as everyone wants that. The restaurants are fine with credit cards but buying the food for chef n on beach all cash. Highly recommend this house/unit.

Lack of air conditioning - or interior/exterior fans - throughout the main part of the property made it uncomfortably warm during the day. Trés bon séjour

Nous avons passé trois formidables semaines dans la résidence. Nous connaissons la résidence Bonita mais n'avions jamais séjourné précisément dans cet appartement . Les prestations sont haut de gamme, l'accueil et le principe de conciergerie au top .C'est aussi trés agréable d'etre en retrait du centre village mais il faut prévoir d'être motorisé (scooter quads, il y a le choix à Las Terrenas) . Et encore il y a quelques années nous le faisions à pieds et il est possible de se faire livrer les courses depuis le supermarché. Il y a quatre appartements dans ce batiment (en fait 5 avec un rez de jardin en plus) qui sont tous d'excellent standing mais l'annonce ne permet pas de vraiment les distinguer . Il y en a deux qui ont une piscine et jacuzzi privés , au même niveau que la pièce principale , toute ouverte et deux autres qui ont uniquement un jacuzzi à l'étage mais avec une vue plus élevée. Notre petit conseil du coup est de se faire préciser vraiement lequel est lequel car les photos de l'annonce mixent un peu tout.

The condo is beautiful with a great indoor/outdoor vibe. It's peaceful and well-equipped. The concierge is helpful and the chef service was great. Make sure to have cash on hand to pay for the chef service daily and all final payment. Credit card was not accepted for these expenses.

Everything was phenomenal! Clean and safe.

At first i was nervous because im dominican and i know how my country is lol. But the experience we had here was out if this world. Everything was perfect. Maria the concierge is such a great person. She prepared my wife’s birthday just how i asked. With flowers and a guitarist. I truly am happy with her service. The chef omg the chef and his crew are phenomenal i wish i can bring them home with me. The view from the room is spectacular. Amazing Property!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience. We went for my best friends bachelorette and It was great to have a pool and jacuzzi on site. The staff were all wonderful including the chef. Anything we needed we would just reach out to Maria and she would help right away. The only thing, the location is a bit away from the heart of the party. Great Vacation!

Our family stay in Las Terrenas was fabulous. The villa was well equipped, Betania (the concierge) was very accommodating, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. This property is at the end of a beautiful beach - a great place to relax. We will definitely be back!

Real nice place

The service,help,chef and maintenance were fantastic. The few problems that we had were resolved pretty fast. I was a little disappointed in the view of the ocean however you can rent the condo up top and have a much better view. The ocean breeze is really good from 11AM to about 6 PM. If you want A/C in the living area you must rent upstairs. Only bedrooms had a/c. A gated community and beautiful beaches.
